The Queen Mary - Long Beach, California

00:00

08:33

She was built to carry royalty across the Atlantic. During the war they painted her grey and called her a ghost before she even earned the name.

Now she sits permanently docked in Long Beach, California - and she never really left the war behind. Somewhere below the waterline a young crewman still walks the same corridor...looking for the wrench he never got to finish his shift with.

In one first class stateroom, guests wake up to find the covers pulled clean off the bed by something they can't see and in the pool that hasn't held water in decades, people still swear they hear a little girl laughing.

Nearly 50 deaths on record. Some say closer to 150 spirits still walk her decks. This is the Queen Mary - and this week we're going aboard.
